Andrew Fountain Foy Media Group Misrepresented Software and now won't give refund. Oshowa, Ontario
We run a digital signage service in Ohio and we were investigating different software solutions. We came upon a company called Navori in Switzerland which had some potentially interesting software.
Upon contacting Navori, they put me in contact with their "approved distributor" Andrew Fountain of the Foy Media Group in Canada.
Andrew made documented statements that the software would do what I needed it to do, said he had it working and was using it.
I wanted to purchase some software licenses and was required by Navori to purchase the software thru Foy Media.
After commitiing to purchase we discovered that the software would NOT do what was represented by Fountain so I requested a refund. This was back in July of 2009. I've been trying to get my refund ever since.
Fountain actually sent an email saying that he would send a certified check but had to charge me a re-stocking fee. What a bunch of crap since i never received the licensed software and he didn't do anything with my order.
I've been waiting months for my refund and now have to resort to collection agencies.
This scumbag now won't return emails, answer phones or reply in any way. I agree with the other ripoff posts on Fountain. He is a crook.
I can't believe anything at his web site.
