Andrey Dvinyanidov appears to be the registrant of multiple spammy websites that host deceptive affiliiate links to authors books as PDFs that do not actually exist. The links redirect people to fake Usenet.Nl links (a file sharing site) which charges significant sums and takes credit card payments before people can see the file (that does not actually exist)
When DMCA takedown orders are filed, she sometimes complies or more often than not, changes the domain name to avoid detection and continues to repeat the offences. An example is in the screenshot.
Do not click any of the links, they are misleading and may cause you loss, disappointment or perhaps a pirated or ripped version of someones work.

These change often and the general theme is that they host scraped descriptions of authors books and link to deceptive affiliate schemes or file sites wanting money.
Be very careful as all of her websites are deceptive, misleading and spammy
The owner was given 10 opportunities to clean up her act with the abuse of my works, but instead refused and continued making more domains and repeating the infringements. She uses pass through proxy servers which means that taking down her sites is impossible.
Andrev is being sued and multiple hosts and domain name registrars are taking down her sites.
