Angela Briskey Angela Ryan - Anela Antonich She's done it again !! Angela Briky is a Serial Renter Rip Off Artist !! Cottage Grove, Wisconsin
She's done it again, and this time her mother was a Big Player & an Accomplice to the Renter Rip Off ! Both mother (Susan Ryan-Larson) & daughter (Angela Brisky), were tenants of ours in two seperate units of our building in Cottage Grove, WI. We only wished we had seen the previous Rip Off Report on these two gems prior to our renting to them. Angela's a liar & a really good manipulator, just as the previous landlords article proclaims. She does portray herself as an innocent single mother to her "now" 3 children. She knows how to play on the landlords heart strings regarding her children's health & all of her misfortunes & tales of woe. The promises are endless in her effort to repay rent, but she doesn't follow through as the amount of rent grows greater & greater. She always makes sure she pays you some of the amount due, I'm sure just to keep you off her back in the attempts to collect the true arrearage due.
She left her apartment a complete & utter Pig Stye !! Nothing cleaned, and I mean "Nothing" !! Iron burned & torn, brand new carpenting in the living room that was installed just before she moved in, a broken cabinet door, a broken bathroom vanity sink, a number of broken window blinds, and Dirty!, Grubby!, Nasty! everything !!! She didn't clean nothing !!! The stove top, oven, sinks, cupboards, tub & fridge ... all a fricken Pig Sty !!! Obviously she has no cleaning abilities, and or personal hygene habits with how she left that apartment, she "lived" that stinken mess !! I would be so embarassed if I were her. Not only that, she left trash all over in the apartment, garage,apartment landing and outside. We have glorious pictures to proove it. The funny thing about all of this, is that her mother, Susan Ryan-Larson did basically the same thing. Neither one of them paid their water bills for months in 2011, unknowingly to us, but in return the city charged both bills to our property taxes, and both did not pay their water bills from January 2012 until the day they moved, again, we were stuck with their bill on us.
In conclusion, I do believe that these ladies are true users. They live off of other people, they drain the fruits of other people's hard labors with an attitude that in some way they are entitled to "free" living with absolutely no remorse about it. We can clean this mess up by finding these rags & taking them to court and making them pay what they owe.
In Angela's case, the apple didn't fall far from the tree ... did it Susan ?
