jamestown,
I also bought a TWH gelding from Angela Jones/ Thundercreek farms in the summer of 2010.
She misrepresented this horse to me. Her add on horseville.com said it was kid safe, broke for anyone to ride, 4H, etc. She even said her daughter had this TWH in Saddle Club for a year!!! ALL LIES - Angela Jones buys these horses at the Cookeville TN auction. And puts them all over the internet as kid broke, bombproof, childs horse. She jeopardized my safety and the safety of my 8 year old daughter. She said this would be the perfect horse for my daughter to start 4H with. This horse is not safe for a child . A child is going to get hurt on a horse that Angela Jones is misrepresenting as a child broke horse, broke to death, bombproof.
Angela would not take this dangerous horse back - or give me my money back. She stops answering her phone when you call her. She has done this to so many people. She knows that people will just sell the horse to get rid of it. Even if it means taking a loss of money..
Angela knows once you get rid of the horse - you will leave her alone.
Read all the rip off reports on Angela Jones. They all state the samething - Misreprestation on a childs/kids broke horse/ will not take the horse back/or return the money/ and quits answering her phone.
See my original ripoff report dated 2/22/2011.
I agree it is highly dangerous for Angela to buy horses at local auctions that have behavior problems and health problems and market them as child/kids broke horses. A child is going to get seriously hurt!!
DO NOT BUY FROM ANGELA JONES/ THUNDER CREEK FARMS.
I would not hesitate to testify to the fact that Angela Jones misrepresented the horse I bought from her on Horseville.com

1st AND FORMOST APPOLOGIES AND A REFUND WAS OFERED BUT REFUSED!!!! IF YOU REFUSED THE REFUND OR APPOLOGY THEN THATS YOUR FAULT..... I am Angela, and I have advertised horses for other people. I have sold a few of my own personal horses, but do not make a business out of it. If it makes me a "horse trader" then so be it. Im guessing if you have a puppy for sale your a "puppy mill" and if you have a car for sale your a "car salesman" to but thats besides the point here. Advertising and dealing with horses is my hobby. You can NOT make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time, but one should really try....Just as I did with the lady in Alabama about her horse. She accepted the horse upon delievery, commented on how beautiful he was and then proceeded to claim 3-4 weeks later he was skinny,mistreated/abused and could not be ridden, and lets not forget to mention she sent pictures of a FAT BEAUTIFUL horse being ridden by a CHILD to try and claim her accusations! She harassed me to no end, even after I offered to take the horse back and REFUND her money and she replied with "I will take "some" of my money back and still keep the horse". Thats just absurd any way you look at at. In a nut shell,I had the proof with pictures and video tht the horse was rideable and was in excellent condition, she herself even claimed her vet made a comment on how well he was made and that he appeared to be a show horse type her children could enjoy(I have the emails to prove it). This is a prime example of how someone will purchase an item/animal and then decide they do not want it or shouldnt have bought it in the 1st place. All you have to say is "maybe I should have bought a different one, maybe we should have not bought one at all". I explained I would take the horse back and all I got was "NO" and "give me a few hundred dollars and I will drop this whole mess, maybe I can get a free saddle out of the deal".(also have that email to prove it as well). In a nut shell, some people have nothing better to do than cause others missery and headaches. You dont get to keep the item/horse and your money to. It was up to the buyer to keep the horse, they were offered a refund and declined. As far as the other comment about useing a picture of thier stallion.....I did use a picture to reference color because it was nearly identical to a pony who was in my barn. I had no idea it was a "big deal" nor did I intend to cause anyone any harm. I have appologized NUMEROUS times for that and tried to explain but to no avail as the stallion owner only wanted to be rude and hateful and insist she was a "mind reader" and knew more about what I was doing that I did about myself! She also demanded I send her money for damages...When there were no damages at all! Did she just want free money? Yes I made a mistake, but we are all human and I didnt do anything intentionally to hurt anyone. I was slandered, harassed and threatened by both of these people but I chose to let it go because Im the bigger adult here. Like I said, you cant please 100% of the people 100% of the time but I certainly tried and if you arent happy with a purchase and yet REFUSE to accept a refund then you shoudnt complain. Appologies were offered numerous times but like I also said......There are those people in the people in the world who have nothing better to do with thier time than try and make others miserable. I would also like to mention that when someone buys something and they are unhappy most people AUTOMATICLY think it's the sellers fault and they tried to rip off or scam the buyer and that is NOT always the way it happens. Just because we happen to be the seller does NOT mean we are the bad person. Some people will make up anything just to have something to do and others have very real problems with sellers but when you choose to keep something after neing offered a refund then you should just deal with it. If your that unhappy then you should take the refund! Most people will NOT refund you at all,but I offered on several occasions to the lady who bought the horse. The story is to long to even go into and I refuse to play into the games anyway. Im sure there will be a negative response from these 2 people, and thats ok because I expect it. I have told them both I will not act like a child and continue to bicker with them. I have a life to live and things to do and those things do not leave me time to play into thier child hood name calling and bickering. Lets face it people,if you arent happy with me and if you refused a refund and cant accept an appology then you should go and find something productful to do with your free time. I'm not the only one this has happened to im sure, there are millions of people in the same boat who are thrown into the catagory of "scammers and ripp offs" when they didnt do anything wrong,or if they did it wasnt intentional. I probly shouldnt have even played into this by filing a rebutal,I havent done so untill now because I know what the truth really is....... BOTTOM LINE Accept your refunds or appologies and move on,or be quiet and be an adult! We are all adults, lets act like it. You can let your ignorance shine bright,or choose to be an adult. I've made my choice.

Angela Jones fraudulently used photo's of my stallion on one of her ads for a pony mare. She used photo enhancements to try to hide his male parts and used him to advertise her "rare champagne pony mare" on horsetopia. I filled out a report on her here too and I want to make sure everyone that buys or sells a horse knows these people, Adam and Angela Jones, for who and what they are. The horse world is a small world and we need to look out for these people who will cheat, lie and otherwise take advantage of buyers. Pass this report on to all of your horse friends, email groups, forums and anywhere else these people may prey on others. Thank you Tara for standing up and reporting these people!
