My story is the same as all of yours, I just updated the phone number from the one listed on the other reports. The guy you reach at that extension says you will get your money back if you call this one. But I have yet to speak to a live person either. Beware.

866-885-8126 is the proper phone number [email protected] is the proper email. Refunds can be submitted directly via email request and an email response will go directly to the customer once the refund has been processed. It does take 5-7 business days to see the refund reflect on the credit card statement.

Not to bust anyones chops, I have fallen for scams myself but when reading, really think, why would any company pay you $15.00 to process a rebate for $9.00? Especially if they have employees who are already making much less that can do this work. This just does not make sense if you think about it so think when you read this, re read it but get it first. Also, when a site or commercial is all about telling you how great it is being rich and getting your head full of boats and dream houses, notice that this is how they all are. Why? if they really need help and workers. Also, how many jobs have you ever had to pay for, to get? Think guys :) D

Not fair to badmouth if you don't try to fix it.

I had NO PROBLEM getting a refund of my $197 from [email protected]. I felt like a fool after reading comments on this site. But, I realized nobody had done the work and gave up after a few lame attempts at getting a refund. I didn't like the fact that once you paid you got more info that led me to not want to work in this business. But, after they sent me to another site and I decided I did not want to pay an additional $39.95 a month, I requesting a refund and they PROMPTLY credited my account. My statement showed the refund before I even had a statement where it was charged. I suggest you take the extra step to get a refund before you go on-line badmouthing a company when it may be your lack of effort to rectify the situation. This is the email that responded to me promptly and courteously, [email protected] Remember, not all people are out to get you. But, do your research before committing. Good luck. T
