2011 I was reccommended by a web builder for our business to use this company for video advertising on our website. He turned out to be shady also.

I used my credit card details for a trial only - I was too busy for this type of advertising in our small business I did not wish to use it.  I never did.

Each Year an annual fee is taken out of our credit card $30US although when I log into my account it says it is due to expire the following year and auto renew is turned off.  So I leave it thinking great it won't come out next year and it does.

Here we are 2015 and I have been debited each year $30US $42AU showing receipts on the account also.

I have submitted tickets each year asking to please stop debitting my account I have never used your service and it says auto renew is turned off. No response

I even got a new credit card from my bank but they keep linking it to my old card number.

They have no phone number, fax or email address nor postal address and they need to be shutdown.
