Anita I. Hale anitahale.com required me to pay application fee and then told me home owner doesnt want to rent their home anymore... but kept my application fee Atlanta Georgia
I found this website through online searches. i contacted them about a property and they had me fill out an application and charged me an application fee of $50, despite me having a section 8 voucher. Shortly after, Anita Hale aadvised me that her client no longer wanted to rent their house and was getting out of the rental housing market. Refused to refund and I had to dispute the charge to get my money back.
I found out it was a scam because I noticed the listing was still up. I had a friend contact Anita Hale and asked if this property was availible and they responded that it was availible and that they took section 8 vouchers.
SCAM... STAY AWAY
