Ankur Shukla bought a life long product for backup, and now cannot access or get any help from them 3 months now can not get hold of him to rectify the mishap. 4 months with no way to check my backup ? Internet

I bought this product in 2014
he changed the providerr to Live Drive which ws great because they would honour the lifetime live backup.

but now i can no longer access the product and they say my email is unknown to them and without a
known email i cannot get their support team to replky
I have left message on their support page
but these have been ignored..
