I recently bought three set-top-boxes thru Ebay, and found that they cannot be used as these CATV boxes really belong to Verizon, not to the Ebay vendors. Not one of the three Ebayers have honored their error of selling stolen, inoperable devices–––not one refund. Of the two that responded, only B.S. excuses were given to me. The third did not respond.
