Anna's Pizza Of East Northport Can't get orders right - Poor employees. Ripoff! East Northport New York
I'm tired of ordering take out from Anna's. Their food is ok at best and never delivered on time nor hot. I think part of the problem is that they employ about ten 16-17 year old high school kids with no experience or desire to do their jobs right. These kids often mill around the front counter and take orders at random, creating total confusing. What they really need is a manager to direct the employees and get them to work within a system.
I've been ordering from Anna's for over a year. Deliveries take an hour on average, even though they only deliver to a small radius in the Northport area. Worse, they *never* get the orders correct. There is always something missing from an order or something that was made incorrectly.
When you call to let them know about it, they will offer to fix it, but then you have to wait another hour for re-delivery. It's really not worth patronizing this place, as the owners obviously don't care how poor their customer service is and like I said, there are far better Pizza/Italian places in the area.

You said the food was not all that great and you put up with this lousy customer service for a year? Since the place doesn't care take your business elsewhere. The only way they will change is if they start losing business.
