Annie Boucher has been committing hundreds of frauds by telling her clients that she can stop the tax department from getting taxes by filing outdated and invalid tax forms only to have the tax department reverse these phony claims for additional fees up to $10,000,00 per person. Total victims of this scam so far: 84 and she has received over $600,000.00 to date.
