I purchased annuity leads from Neil Scott and after my payment was accepted (check only) I was told to deal with Mark Sugarman. I was told I was getting double verified annuity appointments. When I would show up for apt. the customer didn't even know who I was or wasn't even expecting me. When I informed Mark of this, he told me that I was getting the wrong leads and that he would start over with the right leads. Well, my very next appointment I went to I was told (by customer) that they were called the day before and the person on the phone told them that they were sorry that they were late calling them because it had been over 6 months since the customer wanted info. I don't want to write a whole book here but when I told Mark that I was done and wanted a refund, he told me that he had up to 60 days to return it to me. Never happened. He told me that he would send me the lists (according to contract) never did. Then, I told him to refund my money and he said that it would be when they got a big check to put in their account (in 2 weeks) that he would mail out check. Never happened. I have all emails and cell phone messages to back everything up. Why aren't these people in jail?

Gave Neil and Mark all my info and still haven't heard from the and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND! They lied and cheated me (and yes Neil I still have the emails and voicemails where I was told that I was getting a refund!) Do not do business with these people, they just want your money!

I don't know who you sent the refund to but it wasn't me. For 5 months I have been told by Mark that I would get my refund both on emails and voice mail but never received it. Neil always told me to deal with Mark. If I would get my refund, you would not hear  from me again!

I saw this report 3 weeks ago, and if the agent was unhappy he should come to me first since I was the one who sold him the deal. We sent him a check 2 weeks ago for the amount he sent to us. Since Rip off report cant take this off their site, agents are reading this and npot doing business with else any more, I will give the agents name and phone number and you can call them your self to tell you we sent the money back to them

You only took my money!

Ya, your the Neil Scott who gave me prices and took my money. Then every time I called you, you told me to deal with Mark from now on. One time I called you, you told me that you were out on disability and again referred me to Mark. I have several of your emails also to back it up. I'm not the first one to complain about these two but I hope I'm the last. If you google their names you will see other complaints under other names and companies. I told you when I signed up that this was a make it or break it for me financially and I needed this to work and you assured me it would. Tell me that I would get fresh leads and their all over 6 months old. And yes, since you told me to deal with Mark from now on (I still have emails telling me this) you gave him the right to offer me a refund and he did. (saved voicemails) What a joke!

I'm the one who has over 20 emails from you and about 10 voicemails (that are saved!) promising me a refund. I have statements from my so called leads as to your appointment setters statement of I'm sorry I didn't call you 6 months ago! Ya, fresh leads. You told me in Oct. 2011 that you were getting a big check and that in the first week of Nov. 2011 you would send me a refund. Never came.

I am Neil Scott. This statement is totally false, First Mark S has no authority to send back any refunds, so you were talking to the wrong person in the first place, Second we make appts for people who want to rollover their annuities, I have a list of over 12 agents who are extremely satisfied with the appts we are making for them, I will give any agent names of other agents on whom to call, and they will tell you that the appts we are making for them,One agent in Chicago just wrote a 100,000 dollar sale, and Lester in Florida wrote up a 40,000 dollar sale. So we are for real. In the contract we dont offer refunds, we make good on bad appts, All the contracts say that in the contract,The agent signs it and sends the money back to us and dates it.We now have a new customer service person who will be handling any complaints with the company, and I am very satisfied that there wont be any coming forth wit.
