Well, I thought I was going to be the first to post a ripoff report about Tony Peniche, but it's nice to see others are speaking out about his wrongdoings. While I'm not aware that Tony ever stole any of my ideas (mainly because I've never shared any directly with him), I did contribute a significant amount of work on several projects and never received the payment that I was promised. It's been months, and I'm still getting the cold shoulder. I've been advised to file a lawsuit, and I'm speaking with an attorney now; but I thought I would make this my last stop before proceeding with filing the paperwork. I would encourage anyone that Tony has neglected to pay to file a report on this site as well. In fact, it sounds like there may be grounds for a class action lawsuit from what I've heard. Regardless, for those of you who have been seduced by this snake, please make 100% sure that doing any sort of business with Tony benefits you in exactly the way you want. Otherwise, you're out time, money, and credit for your work and ideas.
