I wish I had seen the previous entries on this website about this bookseller using Amazon.com.

Still no books. The Postal Service here at my building is tired of me asking and states that the package was returned to sender if they could not find my name in the building list.

I still have not received the ordered books identified above. I have checked with the management for the building I work in and the US postal service and both state that the box was returned to sender if the Suite # was not on the package. I personally verified the building mail room was empty with no packages awaiting delivery or return.

Please process my refund as requested.
