I know it has been quite a while since this report was filed but we would like to make sure it is very clear.
ALL MONEY WAS REFUNDED IN FULL!!
In this case our company made a mistake here. We apologize for the inconvenience. We sell tens of
thousands of tickets a year, and yes from time to time we do make
mistakes. In this case the customer was given a refund for the tickets.
When we do make mistakes we try and make it right with our customers. In
an attempt to keep our customers happy we offer refunds, upgraded
seats, tickets to alternative shows. We have many repeat customers that
know we will take care of them.
Sorry for the mistake and glad we came to a resolution on this issue.
