I ordered and paid for Wicked tickets on wickedtickets.com in October of 2006. Their main company is through anytickets.com.

I was not told at the time of my purchase that I wouldnt be receiving my tickets until a week prior to the show (Feb 10). I had bought them for a xmas present.

I was in contact both via email and phone with the company to ensure that i would be receiving my tickets on time. I spoke with David, Jonathan and Peter on several occasions.

Friday, February 2nd I emailed Peter and asked him if the tickets were being sent out. He said he would get them Monday and call me when he fed ex'd them to me. (Overnight delivery cost me an additional $25.00). I called this morning, February 7th because Peter has not responded to both of my emails this week. (the show is in three days) I was told that they never received their Wicked tickets in their office so they couldnt mail them to me.

They are stating that they can "email" me the tickets before Saturday but they cant tell me exactly what day this will occur. Pantages Theatre, the theatre that is hosting Wicked, has never heard of "emailed tickets" for their shows and arent sure they will be valid when I get to the door.

Beware of on line ticket brokers unless you know of somebody who has already used them and they are legit. This was my first and last experience with one. I should have just went with Ticketmaster.

Oh and by the way, i'm not getting a refund for the $25.00 Federal Express charge they charged my Visa for overnight delivery back in October 2006 for the February 2007 show.

This took place quite awhile ago, but we wanted to respond to the issue.

It sounds like our company made a mistake here.  We sell tens of thousands of tickets a year, and yes from time to time we do make mistakes. In this case the customer was given a refund for the tickets.

When we do make mistakes we try and make it right with our customers. In an attempt to keep our customers happy we offer refunds, upgraded seats, tickets to alternative shows. We have many repeat customers that know we will take care of them.

Sorry for the mistake and glad we came to a resolution on this issue.

Buying tickets online is a daunting process, but this guy is fully reimbursed for everything except the $25 in FedEx charges he requested... what's the problem?!?!  My experience with AnyTickets is 100% POSITIVE!  AnyTickets gets me great seats & is always clear with me.
