Aon and Metlife and Hewitt llp/Aon since 1999 have not been able to follow Erisa law and would ratter have employees sue for benefits they are entitled to. I have battled with the companies even though they agree and make me go through the process for about 13 years I am totally disababled but do not follow the contract for long term disability I purchased, or give all the benefits I am entitled to as an employee.

You send them numerous requests by mail, phone and internet and still 13 years later come back with they escalated the issue and you will be receiving a call from the Benefits center once they get a resolution to the case. It seems that if it takes this long to resolve that they do not have the right personel anymore.
