I had a problem with them too and it was through Intelius which is the same as people search. I closed my bank account and opened a new one because of them. I called them and complained and they said they would cancel my account and I would get my money back. More than a week later almost 2 weeks I had seen no money from them so I called again. The lady on the phone asked me for my account number, not my bank account my membership account number. I told her I don't know it because I was signed up with you guys without my authorization. She then looked me up by my name and said that she could not find me in their system. Sounded like they took me out of their system after I complained, because they thought that if they took me out then there would be no proof that they took money from me without my authorization. WRONG!!!!! I have proof that they took money out of my account. Then just today I noticed they put only $19.95 back in my account. I am calling them again because that is not the the 4 months refunded I demanded.
