This complaint is a total hoax. Apartment Analytics Software conducts business in only the UTMOST professional manner. Apartment Analytics Software demands the author provide proof that they actually ordered the software. Such documented proof would inlcude confirmation that a payment was actually made to Apartment Analytics Software. Apartment Analytics Software has "NEVER" received a phone call, email or any other form of communication from this author requesting the status of his/her shippment.
