Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

They RIP Us OFF , We used previously Chase payment tech and we had no problem , someone called from charge.com and offer cheaper rates , we decided to sign up , what a mistake, they are a total RIP OFF . First day we started charging our clients credit cards and almost immediately we start getting calls from Applied Merchant Systems , they were asking for invoices , we provided them, all of them , they told us it would be constant think so we have to hire additional people to only do research on the transactions and invoices for this company , Bottom line they put on hold our funds for like the Virginia.Lev said minimum 180 days . I think personally that lady from who works in the risk department can't hold arguments and getting very pissed off , can't imagine how the employees in her department work with her. Not only that, they start bothering our clients with receipts and invoices, proof, imagine we can lose customers because of that. No matter who you get on the line it looks like they sit all in one room and know about each call , so from first word they start acting very protective. We were totally ripped off by $1800 that would be held by Applied Merchant Services for $180 days . I mean, that's fine, but i think they would lose more business because we spread this all over the internet, so potential customers will know about our experience and might take this in consideration to do business with them or now, we are personally wont recommend but it is every one personal choice. We would recommend Chase payment tech, very very professional customer service and very good merchant processor. Applied Merchant services using few names like Charge.com ... Good luck i hope your business will pay for what you do to the businesses like us

AS per the our merchant agreement signed by the merchant, one of the clauses  states that the merchant must provide Sales drafts of a transaction for verification purposes.

AMS Risk department received Invoices finally from the merchant on 10/29/2014 none of which, when verified with the bank, corresponded.

Risk Dept Manager on 10/30/2014 called merchant and advised his account was being closed and no funds released until the proper and correct corresponding documentation is received.  Merchant agreed.

Risk Dept Supervisor on 11/10/2014 1:55 pm called merchant spoke with Natalie and Anthony ( said was co-owner) ... discussed with merchant security review and verification procedures ... also advised of chargeback concerns & liabilities ... advised merchant of visa/mc policy regarding surcharge and recommend remove surcharge to avoid fines from visa/mc .. also advised of the invoices provided none of the card holder info matched with bank so unable to verify charges ... asked if merchant could provide updated cardholder info for verification and then can have some funds released ..merchant advised all info already provided should be 100% accurate because these are recurring customers and never had any issues prior so does not have anything else to provide plus doesn't want to bother his clients any further ... also he advised that he will just wait the 180 days because he knows how the system works and said that the DMV and other business charge for credit card payments .. advised again just kindly making him aware of visa/mc regulations regarding surcharging.

On 11/11/2014 11:46 am per VP of Risk Department,  initiated a  request for partial release of $1200 to merchant account.

The merchant was also notified that the account will be reviewed in 60 days for release of the rest of the funds provided the account is in good standing. During this time the merchant sent in cancellation letter.  The account is currently closed.
