I was recently notified that the company I work for had a rip off report on this site. After a search I found 1 report. I am the office manager here at Apollo Auto Glass and be assured WE ARE a real and legitimate company. Our sales techs are located at car wash's around the valley and they all wear polo shirts WITH the apollo auto glass comany name clearly printed on them. The sales techs are told to NEVER say "FREE" the repairs are done at no cost to you the consumer. The insurance company is billed for this proceedure. It is a very small amount compared to a windshield replacement. If the repair were free do you actually believe that we would ask for the insurance information? and why would you just give that information out to someone who said it would be "free"? THE INSURANCE COMPANIES ACTUALLY PREFER TO PAY FOR A CHIP REPAIR. This is the case because the chip repair is a preventative measure to lengthen the life of your windshield, and it costs much less than a windshield does. This customer could have called the office and I would have listened to her complaints and concerns and taken care of it. SHE DID NOT. I am very sorry that she had this expirience and did not fully understand that it was to be done at no cost to her. Look at all the other glass companies. They post ads, and give out flyers among other various forms of advertising. they offer FREE items with the replacement of a windshield. Next time you see one of those ads call the company and ask if you were to pay cash if that promotion would still apply to you. IT WILL NOT. You are very welcome to reply to this ad the office number is on the report feel free to call me anytime I would love to speak to you. I would have preffered to speak to you first about this instead of finding it online. I once again will apologise for your perception of our company and feel bad that you felt you were being "scammed".
