Orthodontic institution failed to complete treatment.

Braces on since 2002. Nothing but inconsistencies throughout the treatment. I've been very patient but in the final year and 1/2 the treatment wasn't progressing and detailing became more incorrect as diff orthodontists within the organization changed the treatment plans from the prior.

In asking about teeth extractions I was told by one that I need teeth removed and another advised strongly that I should not have.Current positioning of teeth are causing discomfort and chewing issues. I've brought this to their attention early on based on the visual positioning of one side.

Braces are removed and Orthodontist won't respond to request for action on correcting. Filed Claim with Better Bus Bureau which is in process. A response to the BBB was falsly stating that I was abusive to Staff. Not at all true. The assistants in the final off and prior always joked and visited willingly during my visits. So that statement is obviously false with no proof to support that accusation.

Have all details and email docs for an attorney to review and give me direction on where I can go with my case request. I've sought outside opinions which reflected that my bite was incorrect and never corrected. I have requested that this company correct my issue before it causes permanent issues or refund my money.

Injuries: Fatigue, Jaw soreness, chewing issues, teeth positioning issues causing scraping in eating.

I understand where you are coming from. They dont care about patient care. All they are concerned with are getting "starts". I saw many cases just like yours. I wish I could offer you more support, but I have my own issues with them that are in litigation right now. I sympathize with you and hope that they take care of your issues. I have seen many refunded their money over the years, epecially in the Fort Worth office. In my opinion, these doctors are ones that are not able to function in the community, so they are picked up by this company. I would seriously think about chosing quality over saving a dollar by being treated by this company.

Your story sould just like mine. Contact as many local media as you can. I will check bake every now an then. We may need to pull our resources together.
