APPLE AND AT&T COMPELLED IN CRIMINAL ACTS WITH :
1. GLENCORD BUILDING CORPORATION, GISTIZIA AGRESSIVO, AND CONSTANCE CINCOTTA ( the Glencords) , ( the landlord) WHO POISONED ME AND OTHER TENANTS (PEOPLE) WITH CARBON MONOXIDE AND TOXIC GASES .
2. MERCK WHO FALSIFIED MY BBRIEF, LEGAL EVIDENCE AND MAKE TO DISAPER MY NOTICE OF APPEAL.
3. STATE FARM INUSRANCES ILLEGAL ACTS, AND MORE .
Because I cannot save any legal documents in my Safe Deposit Box at TD Bank, Chase, Capital One , in my storage or my apartment, I decided to save what I can in an I Could account. I opened in my cellular (Apple 3G) and I Cloud account, and I used to send to myself emails, and to do pictures with important documents. At a point, the Appeal sent me a message saying I must to buy more space because I exhausted that 5 GB for free. I bought another 10 GB.
After a while and that 15 GB were “pretending full”, and I was asked to buy more. I knew is not true. On June 25, 2013 I called Appeal Customer Service and I complained that I did not exhaust all my space in I Cloud, and in Cell. I was very surprised when the Apple Customer Service told me that she will send me money back for I Clouds more space and to close the account. I told her I did not want to close the account. In morning I found that illegally and abusive was deleted all my emails from I Cloud ( over a thousand), and all my pictures from Photo Steam . I went in Apple store on Fifth Avenue, and they could not do anything. I send a complaint by fax and an email, where I explained that I lost important documents to be used in court. Apple refused to fix the problem ( See Exhibit # 1).
One August 7, 2013, even the phone said I have 12.4 GB free in my I Cloud account, and in phone used only 1GB from 6.3 GB, I could not take a picture, I could not send an email with attachments. I called AT&T and they told me that “ it is totally strange” and did an appointment at Apple Store in Fifth Avenue, New York in the same day.
In Apple store, inexplicable, I must to stay 2hours and 15 minutes to reset my phone. Abusive, and illegally, Apple deleted all my important emails saved by me with Glenncords, Merck, State Farm Insurance which I am in Court. Also, deleted 76 picture sand left only 3, deleted all my songs, and ironically left me only the song” I have a dream “ by ABBA, disabled 37 Voice Memos from 41, deleted my rollover minutes. I wrote again an complaint (EXHIBIT Pg. 2) , and in only 20 minutes Apple activated silent all my 41 voice Memos( possible falsified ).
My faxes, emails were TOTALLY ignored by ABOVE THE LAW APPLE COMPANY.
Supplementary, Apple changed without my permission my Apple account ID.
In store, Apple gave me an “ Apple Candy” of $ 50 dollars to buy songs and AT&T gave me $ 25 , and 3000 minutes from 3842 which I had as a favor, TO CLEAN THEIRS DIRTY HANDS ?
The question is:
WHY APPELE DELETED thousands of MY PICTURES, MY EMAILS, 400 Collection songs, Voice Memos ?
- WHO PAID THEM?
- WHY APPLE COMPELS WHITH CRIMINALS IN CRIMANL ACTS?
- WHY APPLE TRIED TO BUY MY SILENCE WITH $50 and AT&T $25 ?
It is a shame for such companies!
Because of the deliberate, unjustifiable, unethical, without integrity, and bad intentional nature (criminal), of APPLE, I accuse APPLE accomplices with Glencord, Merck, State Farm Insurances et all , in criminal acts I pledge for justice and I want authoprity with power to stop Apple from illegal and criminal acts.

Thank you for your prompt reposnse.
First I do not smoke. I never smok.
Second: IT IS EASY TO WRITE POETRY, WHEN YOU HAVE NOTHING TO SAY!
If someting is not happent to you, that deos mean do not happen to somebody else!
My computer( the 3 one) is broken by " good hands".
No way to recover from I tune. Even Apple tried!
I never asked Appele to delete anything. I did not have any intersts. Also, I could buy more space, even I did not exhaust the existent free space. Read with attention my report.
For me , the safe deposit box at bank , unfortunatelly is not secure. Somenbody posted a reports with Merck Dirty Hands regarding this issue. Please read that and you will have revelation how secure could be inclusive a safe deposit bank.
I have no lawyer to save any documents! So please addapt your discenement in this parametry.
IT is no legal expalnation to have deleted abusive, and with no chance to recover my emails, pictures. Everything is conform scenario, and Apple has dirty hands.

You must have given the rep you talked with the impression that you wanted to close your account. There is limited storage space in the cloud. If you gave the rep the impression that you were dissatisfied with the service then they cancelled your account. When you use a "cloud" service ANY information you send to them ends up being thiers. You are storing it on thier servers. As such if you made a jackass of yourself to the rep, they could have deleted your account simply because you made a a*s of yourself. This is the problem with useing a "offsite" storage. Its similar to say renting a storage. If you dont pay your bill, eventually your stuff will be confiscated.
This is on you for both your choice of how you stored your information and your actions in dealing with them. Just because they made you a offer for more memory doesnt mean you were out of storage. You could have fit the pattern of someone who is blowing through thier "data storage limit" and they sent you a text or email to offer you more.
I understand from your previous posts that you are going through a legal proceeding. You seem both awful sue happy and paranoid. Just because something happens doesnt mean the world or any individual is out to get you. Sometimes s**t happens. In this case, YOU are the responsable party. YOU gave the rep the impression that you didnt want thier service. As for ANYONE giving you credits, come on now. Anyone who deals with customers on a daily basis sees this for what it is, you went into the Apple store and really showed your backside. You probably threatened ATT with cancelation. You appear to be one of those consumers who believes that the world revolves around them and holds everyone else to a higher standard then you hold yourself.
You can try and ask Apple for assitance but there is a very good chance that your data is lost forever. If your lucky your attorney kept hard copies in your file. As for Apple deleting your information on your phone, if you went in and complained that your phone was doing something funny, the first step is a phone reset, sometimes apps conflict, much like you can have a computer with opposing programs. This means that your phone would be "cleaned" and put back in to a "right out of the box" state. You could have avoid all of this by backing up your phone on Itunes. If you have backed it up in Itunes then there is a good chance you can recover SOME of what you lost. You would loose anything you put in your phone AFTER that update. To believe that anyone who you are sueing is going to have ANY access to either ATT or Apple is the highth of hubris. These ppl are basically minimum wage slaves who wont do anything outside of what thier job demands out of them. Youre looking for a "bad guy" to pin this all on. But as someone who has lived life, stuff happends, life happends. Sometimes the universe works with you, Sometimes Mr. Murphey rides your back. Either way try and get by this and continue your life.
PS. When reading your previous post about your legal actions. You didnt mention if you smoked or not. If you do smoke then you can have an elevated blood level in the CO2 catagory. You could have a combination effect going on. You may have a heavier then normal CO2 level in your home, but if you smoked as well the combined effects would cause you issues. Also, why cant you store this information at a bank? If its in a saftey deposit box then they would need a court order and be able to show just cause as to WHY they need access to YOUR box.
