But seriously - did you pay them?.......did you pay them?.... Just because you were on auto pay doesn't mean there was any money in your account to pay them. Companies don't usually send out notices for non payment if they're being paid. Granted, they did send them to a non-existent email address. On the flip side, let us assume you did pay them on time and they are idiots; you trusted your email and entire address book - everything to idiots in India. Are they truly idiots? Tell me, if you did pay them on time and were not in arrears, why are you complaining to them on their review option instead of taking some kind of action. After all, they've denied you service you paid for. Time's a-wastin', pal.
