APR Auto Substandard auto parts scam Colorado Springs Colorado
Ordered cylinder head and timing chain kit for Toyota truck. They messed up parts a couple of times but I expected that. Next, they sent a chain guide with holes that did not match the block, spent hours on the phone with a number of intellectuals explaining the issue. Finally, gave up and re-drilled the bracket. Put everything together, and less than two years later, the chain broke - just snapped. In my nearly 20 years in the field of automotive mechanical investigations, I have never seen anything like that.
Junk product, junk company.
