 This place sells junk apu systems. I have only had this unit for just over a month and it's been in the shop for about every other week since it was installed on April 14, 2016. 2 weeks ago I returned to their shoo because my apu stopped working . They said it had a refrigerant leak. Well they claimed the fixed that as well as the coolant leaks . Now fast forward to today may 22, 2016 my apu quit working yet again. Same exact code as before now they refuse to fix the problem that was never ficed the first time. Just a few days ago I went to the thermoking in Amarillo to again get it fixed.

That time it was a broken alternator wire and the connection was green from corrosion. That should have been seen the prior week when they supposedly fixed the refrigerant leak. I do have to give at least a tiny bit of credit to them because they offered to reimburse me for the repair in Amarillo. Whether or not they actually will send the check I will have to see. Now I have to return to the thermoking here in Dallas to get the refrigerant leak fixed yet again but now they refuse to honor the work they didn't do the first time because it's outside of the 30 day window. I hope no one goes to them to get anything done. They can't fix the issues you go in there with and they don't stand by their work.

 your mechanics had the opportunity to fix the ac issue. They never fixed it just jerry rigged it to get pass the 30 day window. Also let's not forget you never tightened the oil filter after the install so I lost more than half of the oil due to your negligence but don't worry I fixed it myself. Then your mechanics never rechecked the install the next day like they were supposed to. If they had then they would have seen the coolant leaks, the oil filter being loose, the broken wire to the alternator that was green from corrosion, and the compressor fitting that was leaking refrigerant. You can't file charges because what I'm saying is TRUE even though you want to deny it. That's ok because I have the bills to back it up.

Apucenter.com Does stand behind their warranty. Our warranty clearly states you have 1 month to get warranty claims fixed and it has to be done at Apucenter.com. You can not buy something from K-mart and return it to Wal-mart and expect to have your item fixed under warranty. The same with an Apu from Apucenter.com. You have to return the unit to us to fix it under warranty.  In this case you were over a week past your warranty and I still authorized a refund to you for repairs, I should not have done this but I gave you the benefit of the doubt and wanted to make you happy so I in good faith authorized a check be cut to you for repairs you had done elsewhere. This was done past your warrany period and at another location then our own. Now We were not the last shop to work on your unit by your choice. I am not responsible for work another shop does. I never told you, I would not cover your A/C repair, I would have covered it just like I covered the wire that went bad thermo king charged $231 to fix. It was an outrageous charge for a small fix, but I covered it nevertheless. Some people no matter how hard you try cannot be made happy. I believe in this case no matter how hard I tried to find a solution this person would not be happy. It is unfortunate I try very hard to make a good name for Apucenter.com and to give everyone a great deal and make Happy. We have thousands of very happy repeat customers, but I guess you cant please everyone. Unfortunately all the happy customers dont scream as loud as the 1 person that feels you treated wrong even when I went above and beyond the call to try to please. Furthermore we did stand behind our warranty we fulfilled our obligation to her for the warranty and if she continues to slander our company we may consider legal ramifications.
