Aqua Technology's Basement Doctor Installed a "waterproof" coating to basement walls which in less that a year leak. All phones are disconnected. Willow Grove, Pennsylvania
Aqua Technology, Inc. provided an estimate to repair a water leak where the bulkhead stairs attaches (i.e. joins) to the foundation. The estimate was to dig holes, clean the foundation, patch as necessary and apply a waterproof coating to the foundation. The guarentee clearly states that it is for the life of the structure.
In less than two years, the joints are leaking. I have attempted to contact the company and all phone lines have been disconnected with no further information.
