This company and scammers, offer to help you to build credit and to get loans. They appear very honest and do not ask for social security number. After doing some work and locating that, they are not reported in any other place, I findout that they change names and use different companies each time. They use the strategy, asking you to pay with credit card so if there are any problems, you can charge back.
They also provide a contract, that you need to read very carefully. I rejected mine, and chnaged the dates and the little words that mention no refunds after 3 days. they accepted with no problems.
See the emails below after paying $2500 in credit card.
This is the answer from this scamm.
"Well, I just want to let you know that the money went to him and if you want updates, I need to get them from him and if you decide to get a refund, I have to get that from him. That is why I recommend you do a charge back. your choice. I am limited on how I can help regardless of who you investigated. "
"It looks like I have everything I need. I will get this sent over for processing and will update you as we make progress. Thanks "
Then ... his answer after asking for updates.
"I have no update right now. We should have your CPN numbers in the next day or so. We will have an update for you then."
And before
"each of you should have two declines and should get decline letters from AMEX and Wells Fargo. You all have approvals from Capital One. That card should also be going out to each of you. This week you should have another approval and that card should go out to you. Once you receive them, each of you needs to let me know and then use the cards for $75 to $100 on each card max so we can generate activity for you.
Trac Fones were sent out to all 3 of you by my partner. Please keep an eye out for all of these things in the mail. Next week we should be able to start working on applications to lenders for your main credit lines"
And before..
"attached are the CPn numbers for you and your partners. They have purchased trac fones for all 3 of you and you should receive them in the mail any day. Do not activate them until we let you know to. Also, they have applied you all at a couple lenders to get you some small approvals now. I will let you know when we get the approval info and lender info. Let me know if you have any questions."
