So I ordered from them on 2/11/2012. They charged my credit card on 2/13/2012. 10 days later, my order was still pending review. I thought this is very strange because they say they process and ship within 3-7 business days. I decide to call since on the order confirmation email, they said that they don't reply to emails about orders.
I call and what I heard on the line was "enter access code". I checked the number on the website again and called many times and I still received the same thing till the line just went busy. Frustrated, I decide to email them. A minute later, I get an email from yahoo( the host of their online store) saying that the email failed to send.
It stated this "Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

[email protected])"
After that, I have come to the conclusion that they ripped me off. There is no way for me to contact them since all the contact info on their site doesn't work. This is very unfortunate. They pretty much stole $49.95 from me.
