ARC Mobile Home Park Management is unfair and allows some mobile home owners make false statement about other owners Sandy Utah
Manager of the park shows her office hours and then is never available for question. She is supposed to be in the office for 8 hours a day and is not available and her emergency number goes to voicemail. She is threatening our buyer of our double wide and told them to move. She has not been available for them to make the proper application to become residents of the Mobile Home Park and then demands them to move. She said she was not aware of the new owners, but yet we got the paperwork from her to give to the new tenants and gave the manager plenty of notice, 2 months.
Park places a sign on the enterance that they are an ARC complex, yet they do not follow thru on anything. Swimming pool that is part of the monthly fee is yet to be opened and the weather is in the high 90s.
There is no commitee or anything to bring grievences to. I think they are in violation of the fair housing act.

This is a un written standard practice of the company. After spending 3 years as park manager and trying to be loyal to the company and save money for the park I was told that the HOA had decided that i was not what they wanted for a park manager because I refused to bend the park rules to accomendate the HOA Board of directors wants. Recieved no backing from the regional manager,who later with my replacement a confirmed drug addict, decided to leave the state leaving the park unmanaged for about 6 months without the owners knowing about it. what goes around comes around.
