Arcade services Gary Herman This Guy has been ripping off several people with the same scam in South Jersey New Jersey
Gary Hartman came to our house to look at our miss Pac-Man machine he said he would have to take out the circuit board and the monitor which he did he charge us a service fee of $150. He was supposed to have the circuitboard and monitor prepared and returned in three weeks we haven't seen him in six months. We've called and called people not answer the phone.
now that I did some investigating has been doing this to several other victims. I will be looking to pursue legal action.
