The more I read about this company and how they do business, the more upset I become. I have taken it to heart as well Ralph and I am going to make sure my voice is heard. I have gone to the lengths of taking out a website in their honor and hopefully we can all regroup and attack this problem as one, offering those who think they have no choice but to take it with a smile suggestions on how they can help get out from under Arcadias yoke. Their practice of predatory lending needs to be stopped. I am glad Rip-Off report is around to educate others BEFORE they get suckered into a nightmare like some are experiencing right now. Unfortunately we are not offered the luxury when sitting in front of a finance manager shoving documents to sign in your face, with pressure from all angles. This is the approach they used on me, which was quite effective. One individual shoves a ream of paper it would take an army of lawyers to decipher while the salesman whispers in your ear what a great deal you are getting.. and on the phone the vampire from Arcadia is proclaiming how fortunate you are to have them approve you. You are caught in a whirlwind, you are filled with questions about the myriad of numbers and percentages and fees but no one explains it.. page upon page is thrown in your face. The key is to thoroughly confuse you and gang up on you, get you to sign and shovel you out the door as soon as they can.. so you have no time to realize what you are getting in to. That is the bottom line. I am not taking this laying down anymore and hopefully others will follow in suit. Be inspired.
