i bought a pocketdish from this company about a year(+,-)ago. begining of june i wanted to up-grade to a better unit. out of stock!!!!! no info when or if ever available. tried to buy power connection for the unit i own. out of stock. no info when or if ever available. called corp. hq. in colorado. screwed up directory. no answers, wrong dept. voice mail. online info about retailers is totally incorrect.

they make a good product but run their company badly. no concern for existing customers. most items (other than brand new) are out of stock, unavailable, back ordered, discontinued.

phone reps. are less than helpful and far less than friendly. don't even try to call these jokers. you don't matter much to them. they do not seem to care at all.

this is the first time in my life that i can't find words to express how frustrated and angry i am. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES TOWARD CONSUMERS.
