ArdorFinancial Services and Jeffery Schaff Ardor Fiduciary Services My lifetime Wealth was ruined by this Expert Loser Chicago Illinois
I hired and critically relied on Ardor Fiduciary Services as an "Expert" for a breach of fiduciary duty and negligence case against a major bank, which involved significant damage to my lifetime wealth. Jeffery Scharff and Ardor Fiduciary provided me VERY POOR expert services, which directly contributed to my woeful loosing result. I lost over $1,400,000 and Ardor Fiduciary was absolutely horrible. On the second day of the 4-day arbitration, I actually walked out of the arbitration because I was so sickened by the dreadful representation I received that week in 2011. My friend convinced me to return on the next day to "grin and bear" the awful circumstances of waging my arbitration with essentially NO FACT WITNESS...and a poor representation.
My family is still suffering from the financial damages I sustained. Highlights/Lowlights of Jeffery Schaff and Ardor Fiduciary Services on my case: - Ardor Fiduciary-Jeffwry Schaff issued their "Expert Report" just 20 days before the major arbitration date..and it was a poor work product. - Ardor Fiducialry-Jeffery Schaff DID NOT interview the ONLY first hand FACT WITNESS -Ardor DID NOT enter a substantial fact that the bank was severely fined ($1,440,000) by FINRA ( memo dated 9/29/10) for a similar issue AND the actual supervisiory manager of the Wealth Manager the bank had managing my account, was personally fined $10,000 and suspended his license for 6-months over a similar issue. - Ardor-Schaff failed to follow my written, clear and strict authorizations on 3/8/11: 9:58AM, 11:50AM, 12:21PM, 3:33PM, 3:52PM, 4:32PM, 5:20PM. - The Jeffery Schaff/Ardor Fiduciary expert input: their "Expert Report" and arbitration testimony in support of my case against the major bank was ONLY REFERENCED ONCE in a 13-page determination by the arbitor...and the reference was adverse to my case...Jefferey Schaff was quoted " no one could have anticipated the financial downturn" ( more or less stated) Anyone who ever considers a case against a large financial institution involving their lifetime wealth, should thoroughly interview and get multiple references before hiring and relying on an "expert".
In my case, I hired Ardor Fiducialry Services and Jefferey Schaff based on my attorney's selection...they said he is from Chicago and has a lot of experience in this field...well, you don't always get what you need, expect or relied on from a so called "expert"...and I'm still wondering how people do business in Chicago.
