Area Bulgaria Area Bulgaria built my house to a very poor standard, requiring major renovations just to make the house safe and liveable. They claim they are builders and architects, but they cannot deliver. ,
My wife and I were planning to move into our home in December 2008, but due to many issues, the builder delayed us, but promised we could move in March 2009.
Our home was promised to be 'turnkey', one that we could simply pick up the keys and 'relax in our new luxurious home'
After arriving in March and finding a building site and not a home, we were continually delayed until we moved in August 2009. What we got was a terrible mess. All of the work was performed by unskilled laborours. This includes the elelctrical wiring, plumbing, painting, floorboarding, pool, etc. We have had professional surveyors look at the house, and there are many problems. The electrics are unsafe, the pool has to be drained due to electrical issues, there are fire hazards, the roof tiling is not finished - it has big holes through to the ceiling, the floorboards all need to be sanded back, re stained and varnished. All the exterior and interior plastering and painting needs to be redone. There are windows missing from the house according to the architectural plans.
It is going to cost a lot of money to fix what this company did to our home. They destroyed my wife and my dreams, and we must spend the next year fixing up the problems.
Do not be fooled by this company. Do your homework, and by all means, feel free to look at our nightmare. If you investigate this company before you renovate or build, you will discover alot of unhappy customers, not just us.
