Aren Bane Reminisce Productions Missing wedding dvd ORLANDO Florida
Basically we hired Orlando Weddings May 5th this year and they hired Aren Bane to video our wedding. Since Orlando Weddings have gone bust/diappeared I contacted Mr Bane to check payment was recieved and that we would get our dvd's. I spoke to his business partner who said Aren was editing the video and would recieve it shortly.
TWO and ahalf month's later still no dvd's and just a lot of excuses from Mr Bane when he finally returns an e-mail. I still can't speak to him on the phone he never answers.
He first said he sent the dvd's to Orlando Wedding not realising they were in so much trouble, then he said he would get them back and give us extra copies for the trouble. Then he said he doesn't edit the dvd's, doesn't make any extra copies and can't get hold of any one to do with Orlando weddings.
I'm in the Uk and mananged to track down one employee with not trouble. She has also tried to contact Aren Bane, they can't get any response either.
So its six months since the wedding and two and half since we should have recieved the 3 dvd's. DO NOT hire this man he just doesnt care and could loose your dvd's and wash his hands, as he has done to us. We will probably never get our dvd's.

Well 10months since our wedding Mr Bane finally admitted that he has lost our wedding dvd. I have a feeling he alway knew he couldn't find it. He offered us $250 he claims this was his fee for the day. As Orlando weddings is no longer in business we cannot prove either way if this was the truth. So we took the money, every month he dragged this out it tainted memories of our dream day. However this didn't make up for all the stress and heart ache. it was more of an insult. We except that people make mistakes and things go wrong, but he should have kept a master copy or at least admitted months ago we would'nt get the dvd. I think that he offered our money back so I would stop bothering him.
