I purchased an Aristo e-Cigar on 6/30/15, I paid for a 2 day delivery and the package was late.
I inquired on 7/2/15 and the company ignored the email
8/2 the e-cigar ($110 dollars in total) stopped working!
I emailed them on 8/2 expecting to get a replacement
I emailed them on 8/4 & 8/8 to this day no reply
This product is poorly made and the company does not stand behind the merchandise.
I would have been happy with a replacement or partial refund

Aristo contacted me after this report and described an email filter problem.
I resent my emails from the date of the problem
Aristo kindly refunded me for the purchase of the product right away.

Due to email technical issues this customers emails were not recieved and thus no response was issued.
We do strongly suggest customers to call us at 888.249.0668 if any problem arises, which would give us a fair opportunity to respond before a customer takes actions such as this.
We always strive to show our customers we are there for them if any problems arise.
This matter was resolved with this customer. Product quality and our customers satifaction is very important for Aristo Cigars.
This to date, is the only public complaint ever filed and we are sorry to see a great customer go.
