Free 15 Minute Diagnostics, Our store is about saving our customers money. From our Free 15 Minute Diagnostic (that really is free with absolutely no obligation or hidden costs) hidden cost they check you computer in to do a full diagnostic than charge you!!!!!! bate and switch sons of b*tches!!!
MONEY _ all they want is to tack on extra expenses my bill leaving there was close to $300.00!!!!! THIS WAS ABSURD AND WILL REPORT THEM AS MUCH AS I CAN Never Again. Took my son's computer there for a bad mother board. 2 Months, no one returned my calls or emails. The store manager lied to me. His name is Doug. Computer is still not repaired. Fail. Enough Said.
