 Arizona pain specialist are really worse doctors, nurses and staff. Doctors never listen to you, make sarcasm. You can never get early appointment. Doctors and nurses never return your phone calls. Even if there's an emergency, operator just transfer to nurse station voice mail and never get call returned. In an emergency, you just have to then decide on your own and go to the nearest ER. You will never have one doctor and gets shuffled. Your own doctor which you see originally 2 or 3 times in beginning, never sees you again. You still consider his patients, but several other doctors see you then. Everyone has their own stories.

In my case, in the beginning, Dr. Nicholas Scott saw me and ordered epidural shots for my lower back and cervical, and then referred me to Neurologist. After that I was passed to Dr. Daniel O'Connor who just referred me Neurosurgeon who was one of their own staff Dr. Jacob Amrani. Bam! There I was told that I will have a surgery for neurostimulator. They just wanted to make money from me as much as could. I found out from someone that I should ask the doctor for nerve block. Dr. O'Connor said oh yea we could do that. Then he ordered EMG for my arms and hands. Nerve block for my cervical was ordered. I was already told by the staff of my EMG test results. Just to make money Dr. O'Connor's assistant called me that Dr. O'Conner cancelled the nerve block scheduled for my cervical that I have to make an appointment to see him to review EMG test results which I was already told is normal and no nerve damage. I visited him and nothing was done and in office explained me the same thing that EMG Test is normal. He made sarcasm when I explained about my pain shooting.

I have suffered a lot by Arizona Pain Specialist where I am already in pain. Now about billing sucks as well. I had provided primary and secondary insurances. Only billed the primary and sending me the bill with remainder balance. Every month, I was getting the bill and every month I would call them to straighten up. I would hang up the phone believing that is now taking care of. It never had. After 4 or 5 bills, dared to sent me threatening letter of sending the bill to collection agency. I called my insurance company and gave them the account number, and insurance company stated they have never received the claim. Insurance agent made the conference call and dealt with them. Next time received the billing manager call, and she was arguing with me. I asked her to check the email the agent escalated yesterday. Finally, it was taking care of. Oh boy! I am really exhausted. In the end, I am very happy that I have fired the Arizona Pain Specialist. I have new doctor now.
