MISTREATED OF BE BLACK ARKANSAS NOT FRIEND TO BLACK MEMBERS I was mistreated after I refinance my va mortgage loan. I am leaving opening new bank account. I am continue legal action pending my fair housing complant with EEO commission. I do not want to do busniness with Arkansas FCU I am not appreciated I plan to leave my account open until my complaint is resovled
This could take a while You know how the government work with sequestor Leaning heavey these these days of our lives Smile

¶ I disagree with the round off fee to my $816.22 to $817.00 I want it take away.. My escrow account by chase is taking enough out to pay my insurance. There is no reason for this since you are selling my loan anyway. My insurance date 10/12/ 2013. The amount have not increase for you to add this fee. This is highly wrong and discriminatory practice you who in agreement with this fees I discuss with you and you stated you round off all va loan's I discuss the memo date April 18 2013 instructed to make may 1 2013 payment to gateway and you stated you were thinking it would be sold may 1 2013. You continue to say you sell bundle loan not just mines...reason it is taking this long but didn't say why you mailed me wrong information that could have cause delay or late charges to my mortgage payment for may as to memo you instruct you executive secretary to fax me. I discuss this with her Wednesday 5/15/2013 She stated my loan not been handler orderly. I agreed

I am in processing filing a complaint with Department Of Veterans Loan Administration on disparity treatment and the handler of my VA LOAN. I WILL FOLLOW UP WHEN A DECISION IS REACH

Phone calls still goes unanswer on my existing loan.
Requesting a meeting is helpful. If anyone having problem remember to request meeting with the CEO OF BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S. Phone call continue unanswer- only getting voice mail and no return phone calls. This is a real problem with this arkansas federal credit union. I have to drive to Bank on Marschall Rd Jacksonville Ark. seeking a real person to talk to about my mortgage loan
I have to continue to drive to the bank to get help. when you call asked to speak to mortgage department you are forward to voice mail. I continue to leave my phone number and name and no one call me back.
It is been sold I can't wait and pray the new bank lender won't be like this one --AFCU
