I have bought plenty of cars in my life. I'm use to drama with car dealers. The back and forth etc... My experience with Arlington Heights Ford has been the best I have ever had. In June of 2007 I traded in a 2004 Isuzu Rodeo for a 2007 Ford Focus. They gave me top dollar for my trade not one dealer even came close to what they gave me. I also bought my focus $600 below invoice and that was before the $3000 rebate. They actually went out of their way to earn my business In fact I dealt with Tony and John Guido the owners of the dealer. My sales man was Rich. I must add this I use to sell cars for a competitor Ford dealer back in 2002 and I choose not to buy from them not because of their lack of service but I actually felt more at home with Arlington Heights Ford and they beat my previous employer offer! If you ever have any problems with anyone there go straight to the new car sales desk and talk to the managers. Arlington Heights Ford has received the Ford Presidents Award 19 years in a row it is the highest consumer rating given to any Ford dealer! I highly doubt they would risk losing that award over money. You walk into their showroom and your overwhelmed with trophies, honors, awards and not to mention there countless letters written by their loyal customers. Juan

typical bait and switch. i have heard a lot of bad things about this dealership. they have a lot of shifty bait and switch schemes. buy your car from elsewhere.
