TAKE THEIR VEHICLE INTO THE DEALERSHIP and have them check to make sure that your airbags will deploy if you're in an accident! Just think, if your AIRBAGS in your Toyota don't deploy, like the many consumers who posted complaints at the consumeraffairs website, you could be SERIOUSLY INJURED, correct? 'Google' this- ENGINE SLUDGE, and go to the consumeraffairs website about 'Toyota Engine Problems' and click on 'Airbags' and read all of those complaints! SPREAD IT ALL OVER THE WORLDWIDE WEB! Thank you.

I have had problems with both the Grapevine and Irving location. Contacting Corporate got us refunds for over charging and recharging for incomplete work.. Grapevine also pads service bills with their "FIX OF THE DAY", no matter how old or new a car is everyone is told the same fix is required. (we have heard it while waiting for our car) Irving failed to fix a blown head gasket, when brought in for an overheating problem. The first trip - they claimed they could not recreate the overheating (BS) it was happening every day in freezing temps. We brought in a second time and it was overheating when we arrrived. so they changed out the water pump. FAILED TO TEST THE HEAD GASKET. We were assured that the car was ready for a long car trip. Ended up leaving car in Amarillo - blown head gasket from overheating problems.
