Complaint Review: Armadillo Properties - Avalar - Copperas Cove Texas

Broker/Owner Denise Zehr allowed her property manager Candy Henderson to break several laws. Even after reporting to Mrs. Zehr about Candy Mrs. Zehr did nothing, she told her employees to basically stop picking on Candy. The two employees that did the right thing by not letting it go were fired the next day.

Here are the laws Candy broke 1st one that I was an eye witness to.

If you are a U.S. SERVICEMEMBER you need to know your rights when it comes to the CIVIL SERVICEMEMBER RELIEF ACT and all that it means to you. Because even as a MP(Military Police Officer) in the U.S Army Miss Henderson the property manager violated the law against a Soldier who was participating in the CSRA by telling the young Soldier that just because his wife who was a soldier as well had gotten orders to PCS/or deploy and had gotten out of her lease did not mean he was released from his lease and that he had to stay to finish out his lease. Now if you are aware of this Act you know that it says THE SERVICE MEMBER AND HIS/OR HER SPOUSE MAY SUBMITT ORDERS and the orders must be for more the 30 miles and 60 days or more. Both tenants should have been released.

Miss Henderson as a manager an X MILITARY should know this. I feel Miss Candy Herderson is incompetent for the position she holds at Armadillo Properties as the Property Manager. Law number two that was broken in the same week which I was not persent for but witnessed employee # 2 who was fired as well as I, telling Broker/Owner Mrs. Denice Zehr what she had witnessed and had been made an accomplice to which was B and E Breaking and entering into a persons personal vehical.

Story goes as follows, Miss Candy Herderson and employee # 2 went to check on a property located in Copperas Cove on Creek St. when one of the tenants complained about parking lot space. The tenant asked about a red Ford Temple and who it belonged to. Miss Henderson perseeded to find out by means of walking over to the car and opening the door and rumeging through the vehical to find a name and or address when all she had to do was call local law inforcement to have lic.plate number ran on vehical.

As miss Henderson was going through the car employee # 2 was yelling and telling Miss.Henderson to get out of that vehical. Miss Henderson told employee # 2 that it was okay she used to do this all the time when she was a police officers.

I just want to remind you that Miss Henderson was a MP (Military Police Officer)and also worked as a civilan police officers in Gatesville, TX for a short time so she should have known this was agaisnt the law, again Miss Henderson is incompetent and Mrs. Zehr allowed all this to continue so I feel she is just a guilty.
