Armando Montano ripoff dishonest incompetent lawyer stole 3500 dollars from me and he misrepresented me by not knowing much about being a lawyer. Bronx New York
The incompetent lawyer took a total of 5000 dollars from me as a flat fee to represent us for two cases in court.
The first case was an order of protection with a fee of 1500 dollars. The second was a custody case with a fee of 3500 dollars.
Lucky for me the case was dropped, if not I would have lost the case on account of Montano's incompetence as a lawyer.
I won back 1000 dollars from the New york Lawyers association thru arbitration. The arbitrator made mistakes, like a lawyer.
The arbitrator made mistakes, and the NYLA would not give the case a second chance. They said no matter what the decision was final.
Montano still owes me 2500 dollars for not representing me in a custody case that did not happen. Never us this so called lawyer.
