I've purchased crickets and mealworms from Armstrongs for several years now and had good results. Their prices are reasonable and customer service is not bad at all. I only have a few dead crickets in shipments and they are always the size I ordered. Did you actually talk to customer service there? I have and they were very pleasant and helpful.
