Je vous informe par la présente être victime et me constituer Partie Civile face aux agissements réprimés par le Code Pénal de M. Arnaud Colardot, né en Dec 1970, gérant de la Société SDO, sise au 58, rue Victor Hugo, Levallois-Perret.

En effet, M. Colardot subordonne - par écrit comme à l’oral - la restitution du véhicule dont il était chargé de la réparation par mon assurance, la Mutuelle des Motards, au paiement d’une somme arbitraire et totalement hors de proportion, qui n’a fait l’objet d’aucun accord ni devis, sous quelque forme que ce soit, et atteindrait à ce jour environ 3000€ (qui s’ajouteraient aux 1600€ perçus par M. Colardot de mon assureur). Le caractère absurde de la somme caractérise le dessein d’extorsion.  

Il prétend pouvoir s’absoudre de l’engagement ferme passé avec l’expert, la société Exaam, qui pourtant lui avait alloué un forfait très élevé pour effectuer la réparation de mon scooter. A noter qu’il n’a pas même été en mesure d’achever la dite réparation, arguant ne pouvoir se procurer la pièce principale, et ce malgré son acceptation du devis.

La facture qu’il m’a fait parvenir suite à ses réparations partielles est par conséquent une fausse facture, réalisée pour tenter justifier l’extorsion et l’escroquerie dont je suis victime.

Mr. Colardot ignored registered letters and notices that I sent him for two months , pushing me to submit this complaint for extortion , fraud and forgery and use of forgery of private documents . The amount that Mr. Colardot claims to date, without providing new bill reached the absurd amount of new price of my vehicle, € 3000 , he has already received about 1600 € for my insurance , he constantly refused any amicable settlement or discussion contact with my insurance, and clearly describing the facts as intent , extortion and fraud .
