We did not want to go that low but here is a proof that Andres Pinter is a liar and trying to blackmail us for money.

Number one this is the NON BIDDING LOI which is not a contract as it is stated.This is what Pinter call the famous contract and that's a lie and fraud.The title State it very well and there is also no date on the non bidding which make it absolutely not usable in any shape of form.So he is caught there.

Number two please find his engagement letter where he calls himself my exclusive financial adviser and where we are talking just like in the Non Bidding LOI about a PURCHASE not refinancing or anything else/Note also that at the time he doesnt have a loan broker license and neither a financial advisor license.Which is clearly FRAUD.

Don't you understand that we all knew that you had no license?Dont you think we were not checking up on you at time as you said you were with Ernst and young and then no longer with them but still under their license which is completely illegal to try to get business done as a financial adviser?Are you that desperate?

I have attached the signature page to the contract in which Arnaud Massartic claims he owns the three Beverly Hills buildings that are actually owned by LNR.  I have also attached text messages from Arnaud that claim that LNR is his "partner" and that he already owns an equity stake in the buildings.  

I have also attached text messages Arnaud wrote that claim that Skip Paul is his business partner and is like "family" to him.

Andres Paul Pinter is the author of this report and cannot even write his real name and sign on it,

He claimed to be working at Ernst and Young,which he did briefly before he was terminated and contacted us to help him fund his movie company which has no IP and no title or anything after befriending us we invited him to discuss with him in a restaurant with the afro mentionned people that he claims we barely know.

We were very friendly with him even tho he called Ryan Kavannaugh who he never met from Relativity Media a Fraudster and a con in front of witnesses and even tho he called John Davis the producer supposedly on his board 'a cheap b*****d that wont pay a meal or even invest in his own company'  and again all of that in front of witnesses.

Andres Pinter also claimed he had 200M$ coming from China for his fund and wanted us to put 5M$ in the process with a BINDING LETTER OF INTENT.Without a presentation.

At the end of the day he wanted to become my exclusive financial advisor and provide financing for some properties in beverly hills that we were interested to buy so as we negotiated we passed him a Non BINDING letter of intent NON CONTRACTUAL AND CLEARLY STATED THAT IT WAS NOT A CONTRACT and this was just to see what kind of financing he could  bring on the table.

He claimed that he had a relation at ARES MANAGEMENT which was completely untrue as he never has directly done business with them and could give us a 4,5% brigde loan within 30 days which is again a lie since the best loan at the bank you can get from commercial is 4,69%.

Anyway,we did verify his license as a fincancial advisor and turned out he is unlicensed which is by the way a felony crime.

So we very simply decided to stop all kind of business with him immediatelty as he lied about all and everything and he started his rampage of defamation and other slender.

N1) I never lived in Hollywood N2)I met this Guy 3 times in my life N3)He signed a NDA with us and clearly broke the rule N4) he has no idea on what he is talking about regarding my life or anything concerning me and N5) He left a message to my lawyers as defamation and slender on their own VOICEMAIL!

Andres Pinter is now subject to an investigation with the bureau for representing himself as a financial advisor and still trying to operate  under Ernst and young license when he knew he was terminated at the time we met him
