this was the 2nd car i bought from here. we were looking at a 2008 chevy hhr but the car had a filthy interior including a footprint on the roof the seat bolsters were stained and the headrests looked like who ever owned it used hair gell the were realy stained. so the sales person said that if we bought the car they would have the interior steem cleaned so we made the deal.
this was on a friday. we brought the car back in on monday they called tuesday morning and said it was done, we went to pick it up. at time of picke up the car looked like nothing had been done the sales person called the body shop guy over and he stated that he was told to deatail the car sooo the had me bring the car back on
wednesday they call friday its done , we go back, again nothing is cleaned again the sales person calls the body shop, he comes over and said we only detailed it if you want it steem cleaned it has to have the seats and the carpet and the headliner removed to do so and thats just to many man hours to give away, i told him that wasnt my problem the deal was steem cleaned, soooo again i have to leave the car, again i come back 2 days later
and nothings been done the dealer ship manager comes out and hes a complete a*****e and tells me that they done everything they could do to clean the car and i needed to get it off his lot and not come back then he threatened me with calling the police if i didnt leave. So i am byding my time because what comes around goes around and if i cost them just 1 sale its worth the $400 it would have cost them to do the right thing and clean the car.
I took the car to a local car cleaner and $400 dollers later the interior was spotless. typical used car salesmen will tell you anything to get the sale, Never buy from here.
