We found an add on Craigslist for a home to rent In Haines City, Florida. We were honest from the very beginning that our credit was not good. Jennifer (the owner of the company) told us she would review the application before even taking our money because she said she didn't want to waste our time and money. We drove over half an hour to meet her the next day and bring her the application. She looked it over and said everything looked great. She said as long as we were honest on the application and everything matched - that we would get the house so we paid her the $75.00 application fee. She made us wait 5 days and avoided our phone calls to tell us that we needed to pay off all our debt as if we were buying the house instead of renting it. She just kept coming up with excuses after excuse. She stole our $75.00 and lied to us. Worst of all she wasted a week of our time!! I highly suggest you do not do any kind of buisness with Around The Clock Managment as the owner Jennifer is shady and a liar.
