This company promotes a $77 drain cleaning fee which sounds like a fair deal.  Technician arrived at my home 2 hours late to unclog a toilet that had leaked into the bathroom.  He ran the line 25 feet according to him, then said he had to call in a manager because he was concerned about what might be clogging the drain.  An hour and half passes, and the manager shows up saying he will video the line - free - because he can see how worried I am.  He runs water down the line with the camera and it all flows but he says he is very worried about this sewer line.

Goes to his truck and pulls out some instrument that he runs over the front lawn and it beeps.  This is where your clog is, he says.  Your sewer line is old and has disintegrated and is causing the blockage.  Tells me I have to have some sort of exit portal built into the sewer line here because it is required by code. But it costs $3,000.  What happens if I don't do it, I ask?  Well, you could go a couple of weeks without another back-up, or maybe even a month.  Sadly, none of his equipment can predict this.  By now, these two have been at the house for a total of about 4 hours - I am tired and need to be done with this so I sign their multitude of paperwork.

This is a rental property so I left.  Realized that night that the line had been running while the camera was in it, the talk of the pipe disintergrating could not have been true.  If a broken pipe in the front yard caused the back up, why did the front lawn not appear saturated with sewer water?  Why only inside the bathroom?  No satisfactory answer.  I call their 800 number and complain about the service.  Now I play phone tag with a San Diego Manager but have yet to speak with him.  Look at Yelp reviews on this company - look up lawsuits that have been filed due to their up-selling.  But mostly, just do not use them.
